RRA Coaching Program is designed to develop competent, certified coaches who can train athletes at all levels.

Coaching Certification

• Level 1 Foundation: Introduction to rowing coaching methodology, safety protocols, and basic technique
• Level 2 Intermediate: Advanced training periodization, boat handling, and race strategy
• Level 3 Elite: High-performance coaching, sports science integration, and international competition preparation

Faculty

Our coaching staff includes former national-level rowers, RFI-certified coaches, and sports science professionals.

Infrastructure

Training facilities at Man Sagar Lake (Jaipur), Fateh Sagar Lake (Udaipur), and other partner locations with modern boathouses and gymnasiums.
