Rakesh Raliya is an international rowing athlete from India. Born in 1993 and hailing from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, he has represented India in multiple high-profile international and national rowing tournaments. He pursued his sports education at the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NIS) in Patiala and serves in the Indian defense
