Discovering Rajasthan Finest Rowers
The RRA Talent Hunt is an annual initiative to discover raw athletic talent from across Rajasthan.
Selection Process
- District-level Trials: Open trials conducted in all 33 districts of Rajasthan
- Physical Assessment: Fitness testing including endurance, strength, and body composition
- Water Skills Test: Basic water competency and rowing aptitude assessment
- State Camp: Shortlisted candidates invited for a 2-week intensive training camp
- Final Selection: Top performers integrated into RRA training programs
Scholarships
Selected athletes receive full scholarships covering training, equipment, accommodation, nutrition, and competition travel expenses.

Over 50 athletes have been discovered through our Talent Hunt program and have represented Rajasthan at national championships.
